Description:
HUTNÍ PROJEKT Frýdek-Místek, a.s. has completed the realization of the contract for new Deacidifier and Ammonia Scrubber for the Coking Plant in the ArcelorMittal Ostrava. It was a replacement of existing old apparatuses with new, technically and technologically advanced ones. New modernized apparatuses were installed stepwise – the ammonia scrubber and the H2S scrubber. The work covers also complete reconstruction of steel structures, adding of new pipelines and I&C elements. The project was done as a turnkey solution, including design work. Implementation took place during normal operation of the facility with minimum required downtime.
